Vyacheslav is the Founding Partner of Taiga Capital. Vyacheslav is actively involved in building the Firm's M&A advisory business with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.

Prior to founding Taiga Capital, Vyacheslav has worked for 5 years (1998-2003) as a Vice President at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney's ("SSSB") Investment Banking Department in London where he has been focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions in Central and Eastern European communications sector. While at SSSB, Vyacheslav has participated in more than 10 completed transactions in various Central and Eastern European countries.
Before launching his investment banking career, Viacheslav worked as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, the premier management consultancy (1996-1998).
Viacheslav graduated from MSU (M.Sc. in Math) and Brandeis University (M.A. in International Finance) where he studied as a Freedom Support Act Fellow.

Prior to joining Taiga Capital in 2019, has worked in Basic Element Group, ATON, EY, Novus Capital and Bank ZENIT.
Passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
Graduated from Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Master of Economics, Financial Management) and
University of Northumbria at Newcastle (BA (Hons) Finance and Investment Management).
